SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — Judge Roger Young has dismissed the case for Michael Colucci’s alleged murder of his wife in 2015.
The indictment against Colucci has been squashed without prejudice, meaning another retrial won’t be possible without a new indictment handed down from a grand jury.
